PES hot melt adhesive film for garment labels

It has a strong bonding force for 1.pvc trademarks, 2.garment labels, 3.textile fabric, 4.aluminum.

Summarize:The product use the imported formula and coating applied to high precision dies. It’s with uniform thickness, and similarity double film, and the bottom with release paper, usually it is solid without sticking. The film will melt after warming and stick fast until solid.

Melting range: 110±5°C                 

Processing temperature : 120-180°C

Processing time:5-20s

Bonding scope: PVC trademarks, screening material, Flocking ink, latex-computer-embroidery-badge and bonding drapery-trademark, handicraft articles, shoes &hats, textiles, Papers and aluminum flakes etc.

Washing performance: washing in 50°C, but that depend on fabrics, you should have an concrete experiment to confirm.

Substrate material: single silicone release paper

Packing:1 roll/PE FILM, 100yards/roll, 2~4rolls/box or it's up on the customer's option.
